Executive Assistant to the Management team

Job brief 

We are looking for an Executive Management Assistant to support our company’s senior-level managers. 

The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, following up on company priorities and development plans, and assisting in the reports of OKRs. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. You need to read and write Thai and English language. 

The Executive Assistant will also be trained in PDPA compliance to assist in managing interviews and reports for the PDPA gap assessment of our clients. 

Responsibilities 

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners  

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner 

  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings 

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements  

  • Oversee the OKRs of all departments, compile reports 

  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports 

  • Take minutes during meetings 

  • Provide assistance in PDPA interviews and produce reports 

Requirements and skills 

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role 

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge  

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 

  • Discretion and confidentiality 

  • High School Diploma

  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
